Colfax Main Street offers low-interest loans for proposed projects that will create new jobs, help businesses maintain and expand, and create new business options for the community, therefore increasing Colfax’s economic vitality.
Loan payments and interest are paid back into a cumulative fund to be loaned out again to another Colfax business venture!

Their design specialists are available to consult with property or business owners to ensure building facades, signage, and more are compliant with historic preservation standards; The City of Colfax's Architectural Design Standards; and cohesively work within our historic downtown business district. We recommend using this free service before exterior remodel projects.
